WAITLIST

When the appointment date and time you desire isn’t available, you can book your desired spot on the Waitlist Calendar. You will be booked onto the waitlist but not an actual appointment. If your desired appointment becomes available, you will be automatically notified that your appointment is booked.

NEW CLIENTS

In order to provide safe and effective Electrology treatments, an accurate health history assessment is required by your electrologist. Click the link for our Client Health History Assessment and complete before your first appointment.

LATE POLICY

With respect to everyone's time, please arrive for your appointment on time. This will ensure you get the most out of your session. If you are 15-25 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee added to your total. Your service time will also be adjusted based on the time you arrive. Example: If you are 15 minutes late for a 60 minute session, your total session time will be 45 minutes. If you will be more than 25 minutes late, your session must be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS

Can be done up to 24hours before the booked appointment before being charged a $40.00 late cancellation fee. Please note, a reminder text is sent for confirmation of the appointment. This allows you to make any accommodations if needed. Nonetheless, canceling in less than 24 hours leaves an open time slot that could have been filled.

"NO CALL/ NO SHOW"

This is defined as booking the appointment and not showing up without any warning. A "no call, no show" will be charged up to 80% of the booked appointment. Time is of the essence! You can cancel up to 24hours with no charge. Not showing up has left a gap and a lost opportunity for someone else to book. Please note, you would now be placed on a list that would need approval for bookings in the future. Your booked appointments in the future are not guaranteed.
